Thank you for shopping with Faithfull_Mama. We are honored to support you on your faith and fertility journey. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Physical Products

We take great care in preparing and packaging each physical item. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at faithfullmamastore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

• A replacement item, or

• A refund to your original method of payment.

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders for physical products may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at faithfullmamastore@gmail.com. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been processed.
